01 Vehicle leasing

Consistent reporting for fleet decisions.

The need
The team had a detailed general ledger tracking vehicle certificates, repairs and other costs. With thousands of lines, there was no practical way to analyse the data.
What we built
Accurate and repeatable reporting with a click of a button that follows a defined method and report structure. The team can run the same analysis on demand, without rebuilding it each time.
Outcome

Unprofitable vehicles identified and improved lifetime vehicle profitability.

02 Education

Student support agent for a private education institute.

The need
Responding to student queries had come to occupy most of the workload of several administrative staff members.
What we built
A bilingual student support agent integrated into Microsoft Teams. It handles routine queries with answers grounded in the institution’s documents and clearly cited sources.
Outcome

Routine questions handled, giving staff more time for higher-value work.

03 Architecture & interior design · Work in progress

Automate data entry. Streamline reporting and analytics.

The need
Staff had to manually chase project assignments and check whether timesheets had been submitted correctly. Although a system existed to track project status, its reliance on manual input left significant room for human error.
What we’re building
An operations backend integrated with Teams chat that automatically follows up with staff for updates, collects timesheet and project information in one place, and provides a clearer, less error-prone view of hours, project status and billing.
